1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ClipBG and its related features and services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of this agreement:
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You must not share, sell, or transfer your account or access credentials to others.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the Service, or violated applicable laws.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, generate, or distribute unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights of others.
- Violate privacy or upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Harm, exploit, or endanger minors.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, bypass, or otherwise interfere with the Service.
- Conduct abusive automated requests (bots), scraping, or bulk harvesting without our permission.
- Upload malware or files designed to disrupt or compromise systems.
- Upload files exceeding published size/format limits or otherwise non-compliant files.
Non-compliant files may be rejected automatically. We reserve the right to determine whether content or use violates these Terms.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not upload or process content that involves:
- Child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation of minors
- Self-harm or suicide promotion
- Terrorism or violent extremist content
- Fraud, impersonation, or identity deception (including content used to scam others)
- Doxxing or unlawful privacy invasion
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the images and content you upload (“User Content”).
You grant ClipBG a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content only as necessary to provide the Service (including generating results, delivering downloads, preventing abuse, and maintaining security).
We do not use your uploaded images for AI model training or marketing without your explicit consent, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions
- Payment processing: Payments are processed by licensed global payment processors. ClipBG does not store full card numbers or banking details.
- Credits: Digital entitlements for paid features (e.g., HD downloads). Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
- Auto-renewal: Subscription plans and any add-ons renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.
- Pricing and taxes: Prices and any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST) are presented at checkout and may vary by region. We may change pricing or plans from time to time.
- Chargebacks and disputes: If a payment is reversed or disputed, we may suspend access, revoke credits, or restrict your account until the issue is resolved.

Image Retention
Uploaded images and result files are stored temporarily for processing and delivery and are removed during a system-wide cleanup cycle that runs at least once every 24 hours. You are responsible for downloading results promptly.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and associated data via your account settings page (location may change as the product evolves).
10. Third-Party Services
To operate the Service, ClipBG may integrate third-party systems for:
- Payment authorization and settlement
- Email delivery for verification and notifications
- Optional social login
- Cloud infrastructure, content delivery, and anti-fraud/security services
Third parties process data only as needed to provide their services to us and under appropriate contractual safeguards.
11. Service Availability and Changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, limits, and supported formats. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, processing speed, or permanent file access.
12. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, branding, and all related materials (excluding User Content), is owned by ClipBG and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service unless expressly authorized.
13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- ClipBG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim, or, for subscriptions, the fees paid for the current billing period in which the claim arose.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to a competent court with jurisdiction.
