ClipBG provides digital services and credits (“Credits”) that are delivered instantly. To ensure global compliance and secure transactions, all payments are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR). This trusted global partner is responsible for order handling, tax collection, and billing support.

This policy applies to all transactions regardless of the specific payment gateway used at checkout.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a transparent refund policy. You may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The purchased Credits are completely unused (no HD downloads and no paid consumption of Credits).
  • The order is not associated with fraud, abuse, or a violation of our Terms.
Note: No partial refunds. To ensure fairness, if any portion of the purchased Credits has been used, the transaction is generally considered final and non-refundable.

3. Managing Subscriptions

  • You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time.
  • Cancellations prevent future charges. Current billing cycle fees are generally non-refundable once the period has started, unless the "unused credits" condition above applies.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Purchases where any Credits have been used (including any HD download).
  • Orders associated with fraud, abuse, or attempts to bypass usage limits.
  • Transaction fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

5. How to Request a Refund

Because payments are handled by our trusted Merchant of Record (MoR), the fastest way to request a refund is directly through the Shopper Portal or Order Management Link provided in your purchase confirmation email.

Recommended Steps:

  1. Locate your Order Confirmation Email (sent immediately after purchase).
  2. Click on the link labeled "Manage Order", "Support", or "Shopper Portal".
  3. Select your order and choose the option to request a refund or cancel subscription.

Using the portal link ensures your request reaches the billing team instantly, speeding up the process compared to email support.

6. Finding Your Order Details

  • Check your EmailSearch your inbox for keywords like "ClipBG", "Order", "Receipt", or "Payment Confirmation". The sender will be our authorized payment partner.
  • Reference NumberKeep your Order Reference Number handy. It is usually found at the top of your receipt email.

8. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times and international settlement procedures.

9. Disputes & Chargebacks

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank will freeze the transaction and significantly delay any resolution (often up to 90 days).

We strongly recommend using the Shopper Portal or contacting us directly first. We are committed to resolving legitimate refund requests within 24-48 hours.
